Work Out Log 4.20.2009

Cardio:
Treadmill running for 25 min. Variety running incline (3.0) at speed (5.6), then incline (0) at speed (7.0)

Circuit:

Hanging leg lifts (14 reps)
Bicep curls (10 lbs in each hand, 16 reps)
Weighted crunches (10 lbs, 16 reps)
Weighted hyperextensions (10 lbs, 16 reps)
Weighted side hyperextensions (10 lbs, 16 reps each side)
Bent over rows (10 lbs in each hand, 16 reps)

I did this Circuit twice. I got to the gym early so was able to get back to the apartment by 7 which was nice.
